Lead Generation Caller - Wallett & Finch Properties

Location: Muizenberg, Cape Town

Type: Full-time, office-based (09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday)

Wallett & Finch Properties is growing and we're looking for a motivated Lead Generation Caller to help our agents connect with more buyers and sellers. If you're confident on the phone, organised on a computer, and enjoy talking to people, this could be your next step.

What you'll do

Call warm and cold leads to generate listing and buyer opportunities for our sales team WhatsApp and follow up with leads after calls Log notes and track conversations in Property Funnels CRM Update spreadsheets and CRM records accurately Work closely with the Sales Manager and agents to book quality appointments

What you need

Confident, well-spoken phone manner Solid basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM-style systems) Previous sales or tele-sales / calling experience (any industry) Comfortable working with targets and structure Reliable, punctual and able to stay focused through repetitive tasks
