TechUnity Inc. is seeking a

highly experienced and results-driven Senior Telecaller

from South Africa who brings strong communication expertise, excellent client engagement skills, and a proven history of managing outbound calling campaigns. This role is essential in supporting our global business development initiatives, generating qualified leads, and enhancing client relationships across key markets.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct professional outbound calls to potential clients across global markets to introduce TechUnity Inc.'s IT and digital solutions. Generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings for the sales and business development teams. Manage inbound inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. Maintain detailed and updated records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups. Build long-term rapport with prospects through consistent and value-driven communication. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support business acquisition strategies. Achieve monthly targets related to call volume, lead qualification, and meeting appointments. Provide insights on customer interactions, market trends, and competitor activities to improve sales outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Experience



8-10 years of proven Tele Calling, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement experience

, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or B2B services sector. Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, clear, and confident telephone presence. Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional South African languages is advantageous. Demonstrated success in lead generation, appointment setting, and consultative communication. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools. High level of motivation, discipline, and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle high-volume outreach.
