The position would entail the following duties:

• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement technical standards, systems and processes in creating all construction documentation within the office.
• Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge
• Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards
• Lead a team of 5 dedicated technical designers (draughts-people) and 9 fully fledged Interior Designers, with all Revit-related queries, tasks and problems.
• Set up and maintain Revit models on various projects
• Coordinate and execute the regular red-lining of construction documentation and schedules before issuing for construction.
• The BIM manager should implements all the procedures in BIM as stipulated by the Tetris Global BIM manager during the design, construction, and handover of a project.

We are looking for somebody with knowledge of interior construction practices and processes. The ideal candidate should have plus/minus 10 years experience and coming from an architectural practice background would also be beneficial.
