We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

to manage a designated area of expertise within Talent Acquisition (TA), focusing on

data analytics, strategic recruitment, and recruitment tools

.

Role Purpose:



The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Engineering plays a critical role in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across our engineering practice. This role prioritises client satisfaction through strong partnership building with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external clients. You will lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned engineering portfolios, contributing globally as required. Working collaboratively within the wider recruitment team, you will drive talent acquisition strategies, strengthen employer branding, and deliver an ethical, engaging candidate experience across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:



Deliver against individual

KPIs and SLAs

by sourcing, engaging, and securing high-quality engineering talent for assigned client roles. Manage the

full recruitment lifecycle

, from role briefing through to offer and placement, ensuring a seamless stakeholder and candidate experience. Build and maintain

strong consultative partnerships

with hiring managers and clients, providing market insights, guidance, and recruitment best practices. Proactively source engineering talent using

direct sourcing techniques

and advanced recruitment tools. Develop and maintain robust

talent pipelines

for current and future engineering hiring needs. Support recruitment initiatives across

local and global markets

as required. Ensure high standards of

data accuracy and compliance

within recruitment systems (iCIMS) and platforms. Champion an

ethical, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience

, aligned with employer brand values. Collaborate closely with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and contribute to overall recruitment excellence.

Qualifications:



Minimum

5+ years' experience

in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on

engineering or technical recruitment

. Proven success in

proactive sourcing

, talent scouting, and pipeline development for hard-to-fill roles. Demonstrated ability to manage

high-volume and/or complex requisitions

within demanding timelines. Industry knowledge in one or more targeted engineering or technical markets. Strong experience working with an

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

. Proficient in using

LinkedIn and other social media platforms

, including Boolean searching and SEO optimisation. Solid understanding of recruitment best practices within technical and engineering environments.
