We're seeking a Part-Time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own our entire hiring function end-to-end. Your job will be to source, assess, and secure the kind of A-players who raise the bar across the company.
This isn't just about filling roles - you'll be designing and running a structured recruitment process, building pipelines of top-tier talent, and ensuring every candidate experience reflects the high standards of our brand. You'll be offering clarity, direction, and a highly organized process that candidates immediately recognize as professional and world-class.
You'll also take ownership of setting and reporting on key hiring KPIs like tracking pipeline health, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, onboarding success, and overall recruiting performance to ensure leadership always has clear visibility into talent acquisition efforts.
