Market leading multi-disciplinary International Company's Umhlanga office in Durban seeks a permanent
Senior Structural Engineer
To be considered, the candidate should have the following:
B.Sc.Eng, BEng or BTech in Civil/Structural Engineering with
10+ years' experience
Professionally Registered Engineer withECSA
Solid technical background in structural analysis, modelling, and hand calculations, ensuring sound, code-compliant, and constructible designs across a range of materials and building types Ability to conduct and lead site inspections, assess workmanship, and issue site instructions Proven experience taking projects from concept to completion Experience leading a team of Junior Engineers Ability to integrate structural design elements with other engineering and architectural disciplines Strong client communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge ofMS Office, AutoCAD
, and structural modelling software e.g.Tekla, Prokon, Masterseries, ROBOT
