Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and overall management
Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence
Assist in designing, planning, and executing creative menus with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Maintain the highest levels of food quality, safety, hygiene, and presentation
Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost management
Train, develop, and inspire the junior kitchen team
Ensure smooth service delivery for lodge dining, special events, and private functions
