Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and overall management
  • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence
  • Assist in designing, planning, and executing creative menus with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Maintain the highest levels of food quality, safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost management
  • Train, develop, and inspire the junior kitchen team
  • Ensure smooth service delivery for lodge dining, special events, and private functions
  • Uphold lodge standards of excellence and contribute to a memorable guest experience
