Senior Sous Chef
to join our kitchen team.

As our Senior Sous Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards and support the team in delivering excellent food consistently. You'll play a key role in maintaining menu consistency, quality control and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Run daily kitchen management and operations.
Supervise, train and motivate kitchen staff.
Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene.
Support with stock control, ordering and cost management.
Contribute to menu planning and new dish development when required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passion for food, creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Knowledge of stock control and kitchen cost management.
Relevant culinary qualification/certification.
