Lead compensation planning, bonus plans, guidelines, and eligibility rule design
Align system design with business compensation policies and global HR strategies
Collaborate with Employee Central teams and downstream systems
3+ years' experience as a Functional Consultant specialisingin SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
Successfully delivered 4+ full-cycle implementations
Strong configuration experience across Compensation Planning, Bonus Plans, and Eligibility Rules
Expertise in Compensation configuration, business rules, workflows, and templates
Skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and training delivery
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Integration experience with Employee Central
Familiarity with Variable Pay is an advantage
