Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
Align solutions with global HR strategies and local business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate with S/4HANA and other SAP modules
Conduct workshops, testing, documentation, and training

Tertiary Qualification
Certification:
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Latest Delta certification required)3+ years' experience as a Functional Consultant focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Successfully delivered 4+ full-cycle implementations
Proven hands-on experience in employee records, time & attendance and position management
Strong knowledge of Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, and permissions
Experience with data models, XML configuration, and foundation objects.
Integration experience with downstream systems (e.g. Payroll)
Between 3 - 5 Years
