We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager

to lead and deliver high-impact projects within warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery environments. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure project alignment with business strategy, and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

Lead large-scale warehousing and delivery-focused projects from initiation to closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, charters, timelines, and budgets. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Operational & Supply Chain Management

Oversee projects related to warehouse automation, optimization, inventory control, and route-to-market efficiency. Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Distribution teams to improve system and process workflows. Implement best practices for warehousing and transport operations aligned to organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate communication across all project phases and ensure consistent stakeholder alignment. Ensure project governance, reporting, and documentation meet organizational standards.

Team Leadership

Lead cross-functional project teams. Mentor junior project managers and support resource allocation across initiatives. Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance delivery culture.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, delivery operations, and supply chain processes. Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate within complex operational structures across multiple locations.

Technical Requirements

Proficient in project management tools (Jira, MS Projects, Trello, or similar). Solid understanding of ERP, WMS, TMS, and warehouse automation solutions (advantageous). Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies (advantageous).

Minimum Qualifications

--------------------------

Degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar project management certification (preferred).

10+ years' experience

in project management environments with a

strong warehousing, distribution, or delivery focus

. * Experience within FMCG, Retail, Pharma, or Distribution environments is highly advantageous.
