As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will oversee complex, multi-million-rand projects that modernize and digitize mining processes. From automation and IoT integration to advanced data analytics and cloud adoption, you'll be at the forefront of reshaping how mining companies operate in the digital age.
??? Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large IT projects in mining operations
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP modernization, cloud migration, and smart mining technologies
  • Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop project roadmaps, budgets, and risk management strategies
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives
??? Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in the mining industry
  • Proven track record managing large, complex digital transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • B Degree IT, Business, Computer Science or related fields
