Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, highly confident salesperson (Closer) to join our team in Umhlanga, Durban.

This is

not

a cold-calling role.

You will work alongside outbound cold callers and step in live on calls when prospects raise objections or show buying signals. You will take over the conversation, position yourself as senior management, close the appointment, run the Zoom meeting yourself, and close the deal.

This role is for someone who knows how to control conversations, handle objections, and close confidently.

How the Role Works

Cold callers pitch UK letting agents & property management firms When objections arise, you join the call live You take over as senior management Handle objections and secure the appointment Book the Zoom for yourself Run the Zoom meeting Close the deal
You own the deal end-to-end once it reaches you.

Salary & Commission

R6,000 Basic Salary

R1,000 Attendance Allowance

R7,000 Guaranteed

High, performance-based commission

Proven experience as a closer / senior salesperson Excellent objection-handling skills Confident, authoritative phone presence Fluent, professional English Experience running Zoom sales calls Comfortable stepping into live calls Target-driven and commission-motivated Must work from the office in Umhlanga, Durban
