Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual who wants to break into the recruitment
industry with a UK-based client. This is an office-based role in Centurion and offers a clear
development pathway into a 270 recruiter position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted business development to generate new client leads
- Build relationships with UK hiring managers and decision-makers
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple roles
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate qualification calls
- Manage parts of the recruitment lifecycle while learning full-desk responsibilities
- Provide weekly activity and performance updates
- Collaborate with internal team members to meet hiring deadlines
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience
What We're Looking For
- 180 recruitment experience or proven sales/BD experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High energy, resilience and a genuine interest in recruitment
- Ability to work UK business hours
- Driven, target-focused, and eager to learn and progress
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Live within commuting distance of Centurion (office-based role)
Growth & Development
You will receive full training, mentoring, and ongoing support to grow into a 270 recruiter role. You'll
develop key skills in client management, talent acquisition, negotiation, and closing.
