Job Overview

We are urgently looking for strong, confident outbound sales cold callers to join our team in Umhlanga, Durban.

This is a cold calling role, targeting UK letting agents and property management companies. Your only focus will be booking qualified appointments and Zoom meetings for our senior team to discuss property maintenance services.

What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound cold calls to UK businesses all day Speaking to letting agents and property management firms Delivering a clear, professional sales pitch Booking qualified appointments and Zoom meetings Logging call outcomes accurately in the CRM Following scripts and objection-handling frameworks
This is a pure sales role -- no inbound calls, no customer support.

Salary & Earnings

R6,000 Basic Salary

R1,000 Attendance Allowance

Total Guaranteed: R7,000 per month

Uncapped Commission

OTE: Up to R20,000+ per month

Requirements

Previous outbound sales or cold calling experience (preferred) Confident English speaking and phone presence Comfortable with rejection and high call volumes Target-driven and money-motivated Reliable and punctual Able to work from the office in Umhlanga, Durban CRM experience is an advantage (training provided)
