Job Summary About the Role
An excellent opportunity for a dedicated Senior Safety to lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across active construction sites. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and be certified in industry-recognised safety programmes.Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and client HSE requirements
- Maintain safety documentation and records in accordance with standards
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE construction contracting sector
- NEBOSH and IOSH certifications (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and site protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage emergency situations and enforce safety standards effectively
- Monthly salary: AED 4,000 AED 5,000
