This Site Based position will lead all QS's on site
Responsibilities will include the following:

Commercial Support of Project
Cost Reporting, Cash Flows, Cost to Completion and Budget Forecasts
Contractual Correspondence early warnings, notifications and claims
Compilation and costing of contractual claims
Commercial Reviews of contract and contract documents
Bid Guarantees, Advance Payment Guarantees, Construction Guarantees and Insurances Applications and maintaining schedules
Coaching and supervising junior and intermediate quantity surveyors
