Job Description
Site Based Quantity Surveyor required for a well known Building Contractor who are currently busy building 3 large Apartment buildings in Cape Town
Skills required: CCS Skills are essential and must supply a CCS certificate of competency
Educational requirements: B.Tech or B.Sc Quantity Surveying
This role reports to a Senior QS and Commercial Manager who are both Head Office based
You will be responsible for all duties relating to site based Quantity Surveying duties including the managing all site based contractual and financial aspects of the construction process
The position reports to a Senior QS and Commercial Manager
