Duties required to execute:

Assist in contractual and financial aspects of construction
Liaise with professional team i.e. PQS, Engineers, and Architects and Client
Costing of variations
Preparing contract budgets and other financial documentation
Cost control
Preparing financial reports
Preparing and submitting of final accounts
Preparing monthly valuations
Subcontract Payments
Forecast budgets
Preparation and agreeing to final accounts with subcontractors and Principal Agents
