Job Description
Our client in the Architecture industry is currently looking for a Senior Project Architect, in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams and oversee the delivery of projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring that projects meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Develop innovative design solutions that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Architects and support staff.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 8+ years of experience in the field of Architecture.
- Strong design skills and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Revit is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate design teams.
- Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- A passion for sustainability and green design.
- R480 000 xe2x80x93 R720 000 CTC per annum.
