Requirements



Relevant three (3) year Tertiary Qualification Five (5) years' relevant experience Supervisory experience and proven skills in general

administration



Experience in working or partnering with international

organisations



Experience in planning, implementing and managing

projects



Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Computer Literacy Driver's License (Code B or EB) No criminal record

Key Performance Areas



Responsible for IDP-aligned projects related to Operational

Support.



Develop and maintain the Directorate's international

partnerships.



Leading the development and implementation of projects

arising from international partnerships.



Coordinating the Rewards for Information Programme. Ensuring compliance of SOP's and policies. Conducting comprehensive research, analyse diverse data

sources, and interpret findings.



Manages training and skills development and the transfer

of skills and knowledge.
