Senior Professional Officer (FTC - 3-year Contract)



Requirements



A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (focus on

organisational performance management and auditing)



Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience with a focus

on auditing and organisational performance management



CA (SA) registration or completed 3-year audit articles

registered with SAICA is preferred.



Ability to think analytically and be solution driven. Advance level of MS Office Suite

Key Performance Areas



Review and oversee the oversight and compliance of the

planning and development of the five-year corporate



scorecard and legislative scorecards.



Quality review and align, corporate scorecard, Legislative

scorecards, Directorate and Departmental SDBIPs to the



IDP, audit and legislative requirements.



Assess national, provincial legislation, policies and audit

requirement that impact the performance management



system,



Develop Performance Measurement sheet and perform

walkthroughs to ensure auditable systems are in place.



Develop processes to ensure that performance management

systems are auditable and comply with legislation.



Quality review of the quarterly performance information

to ensure audit readiness.



Compile quarterly performance reports and analyse

the quarterly performance report for submission to



Council Committees, National Treasury and Auditor



General. Develop training material and facilitate the training to

stakeholders.



Implement the facilitation of performance projects and

any other projects/tasks as they arise.
