Requirements



A relevant B Degree in Law/ Commerce / Finance Minimum five (5) years' relevant experience in Contract

Management, managing high value strategic contracts or



the development of same



Project Management will be advantageous Good Working knowledge of implementation of contract

systems & frameworks



Computer literacy skills (MS Office and SAP) A valid driver's license

Key Performance Areas



Develop, guide, advise and give input to the implementation

of contracts administration systems and processes in the



department so that service contract operations are



efficiently and effectively managed in compliance with all



relevant laws.



Oversee the processes followed by the various Public

Transport branches to properly manage the demand and



timeously initiate processes to design their contracts and



tenders.



Lead the processes for the storage of all records of public

transportation contracts.



Lead and direct the implementation of the contract

management processes on all interoperable public



transport contracts in the department.



Lead the flow of relevant communication and dissemination

of information in department.
