Senior Process Controller
Job Description
The successful candidate would be based in Uitenhage, Eastern Cape and responsible for supporting the management of the water treatment plant.
The role will involve:
xc2xb7 Supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the plant. This would encompass but not limited to client engagement, staff management, plant process performance, H&S compliance and overall management of operational maintenance, stock and chemical control.
xc2xb7 Applying knowledge of the Reverse Osmosis, MBR/UF, DAF and Sludge Dewatering to support the site operations.
xc2xb7 Work within the site shift structure when required.
Requirements:
xc2xb7 Chemical Engineering or N4 Water/ Wastewater or any water related field.
xc2xb7 3 to 4 years relevant experience in the operations of Reverse Osmosis, MBR, DAF and Sludge Dewatering systems.
xc2xb7 Valid Drivers licence
xc2xb7 Experience in managing maintenance for a water treatment plant.
xc2xb7 Computer literate
Advantageous:
xc2xb7 NOSA/ SAMTRAC Certificate.
xc2xb7 Mechanical understanding of water treatment plant equipment.
