Senior Debtors Controller

Job Description
National company has a vacancy for a Senior Debtors Controller for their Somerset Branch. Candidate must have at least 5 years relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum debtors experience of at least 5-8 years
- Experience working with Evolution and Excel will be an advantage
- Must be able work accurately and under pressure
- Proven leadership experience will be an advantage
- Manage the OPEX debtors function
- Manage and process Job Cards to invoices and send to clients monthly
- Manage and prepare statements to be sent to customers monthly
- Perform reconciliations between accounting software and customer portals
- Conduct age analysis and report to CFO
- Perform debt collection
- Highlight debt to be collected and provide strategic support to debtorxe2x80x99s clerk and intervene where necessary
- Manage and support the debtorxe2x80x99s clerk where needed
