Job Description

Purpose of the Job:
To contribute to the design and application of organisational development, change management, culture transformation strategies/techniques to manage change within the FSCA thereby improving organisational effectiveness.
Key Performance Areas:

  • Contribute to the design, development, and ongoing refinement of the organisational development strategy.
  • Implement and monitor the organisational development plan to ensure successful execution.
  • Proactively assess organisational needs through stakeholder engagement and recommend appropriate OD initiatives.
  • Optimise organisational structures and processes
  • Act as a change agent, providing tools, support, and mechanisms to drive organisational transitions.
  • Facilitate team effectiveness programmes and interventions to strengthen collaboration, cohesion, and performance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on organisational development and change management.
  • Support the design and development of people management processes, frameworks, and toolkits.
  • Deliver project management and coordination support across multiple OD initiatives.
  • Champion culture transformation programmes that embed organisational values and foster a high performance environment.
Other Key Competencies:
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Knowledge of current HR legislation; project management skills; ability to solve problems; excellent customer service skills; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain high level of confidentiality; strong interpersonal/human relations skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Demonstrated ability to engage with employees at various levels within the organisation. Experience in developing OD, plans, policies and procedures, designing team development activities and facilitating learning with multi-professional teams, and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills; analytical skills and attention to detail.

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Industrial Psychology with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Human Resources field, of which 2 years must have been in the organisational development and effectiveness field.
