We operate comparison marketplaces that help travellers book rental vehicles worldwide. Your role will be to grow and improve campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other paid media channels.
- test & prove incremental lift across a range of social channels
Analytics & tracking
- conversion tag health and reporting
Experimentation & CRO
- plan and A/Bs, deliver ongoing analysis and optimisation
Creative & copy
- write high-quality ad copy at speed; brief designers; keep a steady test cadence
Consulting support (20%)
- structured copy/optimisation updates, QA, and cross-channel coordination
Who are we looking for?
4+ years
hands-on in performance marketing (brand or agency) with ownership of real budgets
Deep expertise in
either Google Ads or Meta Ads
(and strong working knowledge of the other)
Proven results scaling accounts in competitive B2C categories
Strong written English and crisp, conversion-minded copy skills
Comfort with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Sheets/Excel
Bias for shipping

3+ hours overlap with AEST (Brisbane)
