What Will You Do
Develop and lead multi-channel paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Partner with the Performance to shape and execute strategy
Manage campaign performance, reporting, and budget tracking
Mentor and grow junior digital marketing team members
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
Drive innovation through continuous testing, learning, and optimisation
Oversee processes and financial accuracy, including invoicing and reporting
What Do You Need
5+ years of digital marketing agency experience
Proven track record in PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and Display campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and action
Experience leading complex, multi-market campaigns and teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to lead with confidence
