Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner to be based at a mine in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support safety, health, environmental, and risk management initiatives.
- Drive consistent implementation of Organisational Development (OD) frameworks and systems.
- Use data analytics to enhance OD processes and business performance.
- Support leadership, culture transformation, and employee experience initiatives.
- Provide coaching and tools to embed OD practices across teams and projects.
- Grade 12
- Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or related
- 4 years experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Performance or Culture Initiatives
- Knowledge of Performance Management, Talent Planning and Engagement Frameworks
- Valid Drivers License
- Salary: R1m R1,5m CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)

- Salary: negotiable.
