Job Description

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner to be based at a mine in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support safety, health, environmental, and risk management initiatives.
  • Drive consistent implementation of Organisational Development (OD) frameworks and systems.
  • Use data analytics to enhance OD processes and business performance.
  • Support leadership, culture transformation, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and tools to embed OD practices across teams and projects.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or related
  • 4 years experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Performance or Culture Initiatives
  • Knowledge of Performance Management, Talent Planning and Engagement Frameworks
  • Valid Drivers License
