Administrator Duties:
Cash Bank:
-Cash up & floats for all branches
-Total Float count Monday, Wed & Friday
-Get change from the bank Monday & Wednesday
-Monitor card/cash drop purchase receipts
Store Support:
-Assist branches remotely
-Assist with client queries and complaints
-Monitor key circulation and keep duplicates safe
-Responsible for all system and equipment functionality e.g[Power Back-up System. Telephones & network Issues . Speedpoints.
HR:
-Hiring [Pre-screen conduct interviews further screening & contracts]
-Handling timesheets[Overtime signed by the director every Tuesday]
-Sunday & public holidays schedule & leave days.
-Reporting to head of HR with all staff related as mentioned above.
Transportation:
-Responsible for the driver and daily routine. Planning of the route considering daily updates.
-Taking deliveries[Considering range date & time]
-Keeping tabs with fuel in vehicles & generator [Get update from the driver daily].
Other:
-Helium Counts all branches
-Assist clients telephonically
-Processing web orders & shipping.
-Filing of supplier invoices.
Customer Interactions.
-Engage with customers telephonically and in person.
-Actively market products to customers.
Targets
-Actively drive targets for the business.
-Do store visits to drive targets with staff.
Marketing
- Ensure that all staff are aware of current marketing strategy
- Ensure that correct stock is in line with current promotions
C
-Be able to work under pressure
-Must be Excel Literate
-Must be Office Literate
-Must be customer focused
-Must have at least Grade 12
-Must have own transport and at least a code 8 license
-Expierence in a FMCG field will be a definite advantage
-Must supply a comprehensive CV with creditable references
-Must be able to work over weekends
