Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating efforts across multiple teams, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and integrated delivery. Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring timely escalation and resolution to protect delivery timelines and quality. Lead and develop project and program managers, promoting delivery excellence, capability growth, and consistent application of program management frameworks and tools. * Communicate program status and value delivery to senior stakeholders through structured reporting, enabling transparency, trust, and informed decision-making.
