You will be responsible for shaping the entire AI solution blueprint and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate brings a balance of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and a strong commitment to ethical AI practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and innovative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise technical and architectural standards.Translate business requirements into strategic AI solution architecture and integrate cloud-native tools from major hyperscalers.Drive modular, scalable solution designs capable of adapting to growing data volumes and evolving business needs.Oversee the AI solution lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and minimal latency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing platforms like CRM, ERP, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).Orchestrate deployment, performance monitoring, and retraining of AI models to maintain optimal efficiency and relevance.Ensure compliance with strict data privacy, security, and ethical standards by implementing appropriate protocols and frameworks.Liaise with AI Ethics & Compliance teams to uphold regulatory and industry standards throughout the AI solution lifecycle.Promote fairness, explainability, and transparency in all AI deployments, advocating responsible AI practices.Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on emerging technologies, including AI, edge computing, and IoT.Maintain detailed documentation of AI designs, models, configurations, and deployment processes for future reference.Refine and evolve AI solutions based on feedback from business and technical users.Skills & ExperienceEducation:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in AI/ML and Cloud Computing (e.g., AWS Certified ML, Azure AI Engineer Preferred)Experience:8+ years in AI solution design and architecture within complex telecom or tech environmentsProven track record with machine learning, deep learning, and data engineeringExperience integrating AI with enterprise systems such as CRM and ERPComfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settingsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn)Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Strong data engineering knowledge (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)MLOps expertise for managing AI model lifecyclesExperience with APIs and microservices-based architectures
