Senior Manager - AI Infrastructure Architect

This is a highly strategic and technical role focused on building scalable, secure, and efficient AI environments across cloud and hybrid systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a scalable AI infrastructure strategy aligned with enterprise-wide digital transformation goals.Architect infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-prem environments, optimising for performance, flexibility, and security.Implement and oversee infrastructure for AI model training, inferencing, and execution frameworks.Design infrastructure that supports enterprise-wide AI adoption with scalability, availability, and future-readiness.Establish security SOPs, access controls, and compliance measures for AI systems.Implement MLOps pipelines to streamline model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and governance.Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent IaC tools.Optimise GPU/CPU utilisation in high-performance computing environments.Manage AI workload orchestration using Kubernetes and containerisation technologies.Improve data pipelines and engineering strategies for enhanced real-time AI analytics.Collaborate with IT and Software teams to ensure seamless AI integration with enterprise systems.Drive cost optimisation strategies to balance performance and budget efficiency.Deploy real-time infrastructure monitoring for performance tracking and issue detection.Establish AI model version control and governance policies for compliance and risk mitigation.Keep abreast of emerging AI infrastructure innovations and cloud technologies.Skills and ExperienceEducation:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT Infrastructure Engineering, or related field.Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, MLOps, or DevOps (preferred).Experience:8+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, or AI Systems Architecture.Extensive experience designing and scaling AI infrastructure for enterprise environments.Proficiency in Kubernetes, containerisation, and orchestration tools.Deep understanding of AI workload management in cloud and hybrid environments.Proven track record in performance and cost optimisation for AI systems.Technical Skills:AI Infrastructure & Cloud ArchitectureAI Model Deployment & MLOpsKubernetes & Workload OrchestrationCloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)AI Security & ComplianceAI Cost Optimisation StrategiesPerformance Tuning for AI WorkloadsWhy Apply?Work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure that drives enterprise innovation.Join a forward-thinking team pushing the boundaries of digital transformation.Gain exposure to strategic projects at the intersection of AI and infrastructure architecture.
