Job Summary Are you a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in optimizing supply chain processes? We are seeking a highly capable Senior Consultant to deploy and support Infor Solutions for our clients. This individual will be consulting with client representatives to determine their business requirements and develop and implement Infor solutions specific to ERP platforms.xc3x82 To ensure success as a Senior Consultant, the individual should demonstrate extensive knowledge of IT system integration and the ability to design and document proposed solutions.xc3x82 The aim is to optimize business processes and services within the clientxc3xa2xe2x82xacs environment. xc3x82 xc3x82 Your Expertise: Determine and define business requirements through business process analysis, and observations. Design and Document solution to be implemented. Model high-level As-Is/To-Be processes as well as detailed processes where required. Conduct and document Gap Analysis and suggest solutions to bridge those gaps. Specify, test, and deploy development requirements. Facilitate and document detailed solutions mapping workshops. Configure and build prototypes and conduct sessions with users for solution acceptance. Provide key-user and end-user training and provide support during and after deployment. Data migration testing and sign-off on configured tests as well as production environments. System and integration testing after data migration on a test environment. Deploy solutions and ensure seamless system integration. Keep informed on the latest Infor Solution developments, upgrades, and offerings. Ability to work independently or within a team. Qualifications Required : Bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering, computer science, information technology, or similar preferred. ERP Experience is preferred. Application certification will be advantageous. A minimum of 5 years consulting experience. Soft Skills Required: Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills xc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x80x9c able to articulate ideas, communicate tactfully, and give and receive feedback. Knowledge of development principles.xc3x82 Ability to analyze and migrate data onto new solutions and balance data conversions where applicable. Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills. Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities: including the ability to frame issues, identify key points, draw conclusions, and exercise good judgment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Professional presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills. Self-driven, motivated, excellence-driven, and fast learning. Ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to be calm under pressure. Broad understanding of high-level business processes in general with the ability to speak to stakeholders. A minimum of 5 years experience across different industries such as Manufacturing, Mining, and Automotive. Professional conduct when dealing with customers as well as with peers.
