Job Summary We are looking to hire a well-versed Senior Healthcare Consultant with a minimum of 5 yearsxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2 of experience in the healthcare industry and consulting. xc3x82 Duties/Responsibilities: New and existing member consultations. Induction sessions. Employer communication. Co-ordinate and implementation of wellness events Report writing on product benchmarking, year-end feedback, policy review implementation of service plan. Report data, confirm reporting data requirement with the Analyst and obtain data from schemes to send to the Analyst. Implementationxc3x82 ofxc3x82 specialxc3x82 projectsxc3x82 (Year-end revision/spousexc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s audit or other). Regular meetings with main stakeholders and staff. Year-end revision planning which includes the following but not limited to, preparation of year-end newsletters, Executive training sessions, training schedules, presentations, and advice etc. Provide independent advice. Adhere to compliance requirements (saving of communication, reports, advice records etc.) Provider meetings and negotiations. Ensure accurate and professional feedback to the different stakeholders. Keep updated and informed of CSO Employee Benefits and Intermediaries product range, documentation, policies and procedures. Implementation/revision of healthcare policies and SLAxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s. Escalated claims queries. Qualification Required: Financial industry and FAIS (NQF Level 5 and RE) Computer literacy xc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x80x9c Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Qualifications Preferred: Minimum of 5 yearsxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2 experience in the healthcare industry and consulting Claims experience Proficient in English, verbal and written. An additional language will be favourable Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload Must be able to work independently Report writing Performance driven Self-motivated Able to work under pressure Attention to detail Industry related newsletters In-depth knowledge of the major medical schemes and gap cover products Must be able to negotiate with service providers Experience Required: The candidate must have previous track record of providing independent medical scheme consulting services to clients management and members. He/she must be able to guide, protect and educate clients on best practice and solution for their healthcare needs. Location: Johannesburg, Midrand Work Environment: Client-facing via teams or on-site based. Open-plan office space available. Full time, 8-5, Mondays to Fridays
