Job Summary At least a two (2) year ICT qualification in Information Technology or Computer Sciences or Information Systems. The following is the Job Summary of a Senior Java Developer and Integration Specialist required by the Fund: Java Enterprise Architecture Development and Deployments; Interpret compiled business requirements and technical specification documents; xc3xafxc2x82xc2xa7 Java Enterprise Java Bean (EJB) Technologies; xc3xafxc2x82xc2xa7 Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) implementations; Attend to the logged calls, to resolve the system backend challenges or defects; Java Enterprise Edition (EE) Solution Architecture in Enterprise environments; Integration into 3rd party applications; Javascript / JSon; Enterprise application optimization; Provide system support and maintenance to the existing and new systems in the Fund; JBOSS / Tomcat Web deployments; Backend Oracle Systems and Java integration (JDBC, OLE etc.) d) Skills and attributes required: Experience in OO design and development; Experience in both Linux and Windows development; Excellent communication skills.
