Senior It Technician
Job Description
Primary accountability for:
NinjaOne (RMM, patching, monitoring, ticketing workflows)
SentinelOne (endpoint security)
Dropsuite (cloud backup and recovery validation)
Keeper Security (passwords and secure documentation)
Microsoft 365 Admin, Entra ID, Intune
SharePoint (documentation architecture)
Ubiquiti network management
Apple and Windows endpoint platforms
Cognito Forms (secure data capture and workflows)
Required Experience
7+ years in MSP or enterprise IT environments
Proven ownership of SLA-driven service delivery
Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune administration experience
Hands-on security and backup responsibility
Experience designing and documenting scalable IT processes
Confident client-facing communicator
Ideal Qualifications & Certifications (Role 1)
Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MD-102, SC-300 or equivalent)
Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent)
ITIL Foundation or demonstrable ITSM experience
Evidence of continuous professional development
Desirable Experience
Previous MSP Lead or Senior Engineer role
Apple device management
Automation, scripting, or low-code platforms
Experience scaling MSP services beyond a single client
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R50000,00 - R60000,00 per month
