Our client in the Facilities industry is currently looking for a Senior IT Applications Systems Analyst, in Sandton.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance, uptime and support of the group applications.
• Key player on Group and Divisional Applications support team, from problem detection to overseeing and providing support for the ERP system community across the Group.
• Ensures the effective integration of new companies and divisions into the Groupxe2x80x99s ERP application systems.
• Understand and translate business requirements into quality system solutions and ensure optimal system performance and stability through support and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the Applications Change Control Process.
• D365 Reporting, Embedded and freestanding PowerBi Reporting from D365 and other systems.
• Process design and documentation.
• Project Management.
• Business Analysis & Business Case development.
• IT Governance & Compliance.

• Relevant IT Degree or Diploma.
• Minimum 8 Years Systems/Business Analyst experience.
• Minimum 8 Years relevant IT experience.
• 8-10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations an advantage.
• A solid understanding and experience working with ERP systems particularly Financial Systems.
• Good understanding/knowledge of financial and business processes.
• Software knowledge and understanding.
• E-Procurement and CAFM process knowledge for integration purposes.
• ERP systems knowledge.
• Mobile Apps knowledge.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodology knowledge.
• SQL database knowledge xe2x80x93 Querying and troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of various system integration formats.
• Supply chain knowledge/understanding advantageous.
• Hardware knowledge and understanding.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Products (Office 365).

• Dependant on experience and qualification.
