The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a wide range of ICT solutions, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role demands a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge across multiple platforms, particularly in wireless networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and Microsoft environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support ICT infrastructure solutions for a range of clients and internal systems.Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 desktop environments.Install, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP systems (Yeastar) and IP surveillance systems (Hikvision).Perform wireless network planning and deployment using Ubiquiti and Mikrotik technologies.Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are implemented and maintained across ICT environments.Provide field support, maintenance, and upgrades to ICT systems with minimal disruption.Diagnose and resolve complex ICT-related issues both remotely and on-site.Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical training sessions.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and certifications relevant to the role.RequirementsEducation & CertificationsMatric Certification with Mathematics, English, and Computer Science as subjects.CompTIA A+ and N+ International Certifications.Microsoft 365 Certified (Desktop Environment).VoIP Qualifications (Yeastar or equivalent).IP Camera System Certification (Hikvision or equivalent).MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA).Wireless Product-Specific Certifications (Ubiquiti and/or Mikrotik).ExperienceMinimum of 35 years relevant field experience in ICT environments.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge and experience in wireless network infrastructure.Proficient in the installation and support of VoIP and IP camera systems.Expertise in Microsoft 365 desktop environments.Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Key CompetenciesAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh level of professionalism and integrityProactive and self-motivatedDesireable (Not Mandatory)Additional Microsoft, Cisco, or networking certificationsProject management experience or certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP)BenefitsMonthly basic salaryMonthly KPI bonus (if KPI's are met)Standby AllowanceAnnual 13th Cheque: Based On KPI score
