Shoreability is seeking a proactive and experienced
Human Resources Advisor
to join our global team. Based in South Africa, you'll provide HR support across our international offices. This is a newly created, remote position with occasional collaboration with our external HR consultants and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to HR contact
Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Advise on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Maintain and update HR documentation and systems
Monitor key HR metrics and compliance across regions
Champion a strong company culture and employee experience
Requirements:
4+ years of HR Advisor/Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
Experience working across multiple regions/time zones
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Relevant degree or diploma (HR or Business), CIPD Level 5 preferred
Tech-savvy
