Job Description
A Luxury Private Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape is looking for a SENIOR GUIDE
Set within 30,000 hectares of pristine wilderness along the meandering Great Fish River, this exclusive lodge offers one of the highest land-to-guest ratios in South Africa. The lodge is also a conservation-driven sanctuary, committed to protecting biodiversity and uplifting surrounding communities
Candidate Requirements:
- FGASA NQF4
- Lead/Advanced/Full Trails beneficial
- 3-4 years of experience
- Valid ARH (Advanced Rifle Handling)
- First Aid Level 1 or higher
- Valid PrDP
- Strong ecological and wildlife knowledge
- Experience guiding in diverse habitats
- Excellent guest communication and hosting skills
- Mentorship ability and team leadership
- Tracking, birding, or specialist skills a plus
- Tech-savvy with lodge systems and radios
- Professional, adaptable, and safety-conscious
- 50% Medical Aid Contribution
