My client, an exclusive retailer has a vacancy at their head office for a Senior Graphic Designer to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate must have a clear understanding of social media, and the various formats for artwork, as well as a basic understanding of social media marketing.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years agency experience and a relevant Degree/Diploma

Main Purpose of the Role:
Design marketing and campaign collateral for in-store and digital use, as well as internally when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• A solid all-rounder with retail experience, preferably currently in-house with agency experience in the past
• Extensive branding experience
• Should be able to conceptualise and complete a brief from start to finish
• Design marketing collateral for print, including but not limited to:

• Layout
• Publications
• Large format
• POS (point of sale)
• Icon design
• Packaging
• Any ad-hoc requests
• Design marketing collateral for digital, including but not limited to:

• Icon development
• Motion graphics
• Press release
• PowerPoint presentations
• Google ads
• Social media
• Emailers ( an understanding of Insider and Dot digital preferred)
• Mobile-friendly web design
• Image edits and colour correction
• Any ad-hoc requests

Knowledge Required:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro)
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must have a clear understanding of print design as well as digital design (responsive, mobile etc)
• Understanding of PPC and PMAX and paid social media xe2x80x93 desired.
• Organisation skills in regards to filing systems
• Experience in CMS systems e.g Dot Digital, Mailchimp etc

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in graphic design/multi-media arts
• Minimum 5-7 years agency experience
• Must be able to present an extensive design portfolio of work to be sent with CV

Other:
Available to work full time hours between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
