Senior Graphic Designer - Cape TownJob descriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team; someone with a great attitude, and a true passion for creativity and visual problem-solving through innovative design and messaging.Who are we? We are an International Haircare brand with a strong online and in-store presence.The duties include and are not limited to:Digital and Web - Front end design, social media design and posts, animated carousels, infographicsBasic Video Editing xe2x80x93 Creating engaging videos for multiple platforms, with focus on basic animation and colour correctingBrand and Identity - Logo design, brand identity design, brand manualsEditorial design - brochure design, magazine design, typography skillsPackaging Design: design of labels, packaging for high-end brandsContent xe2x80x93 Design and production of creative contentSetting up of artwork for digital and social media marketing platformsThe creation of print ready assets and files for marketing including posters, banners, table talkers, POS displays.Communication (quality of written and verbal communication )Effective, clear and professional communication of concepts, ideas and processesGood interpersonal skills and relationships with teamGive and receive feedback effectivelyImprove and build communication skills gapsMinimum Criteria:Graphic design degree6 years working experience.Experience with print ready artwork as well as digital.Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such asAdobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) with print suppliers and packaging.Experience:Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator): 6 years (Required)Graphic Design: 6 years (Required)Basi video editing: 6 years (Required)Company Location: Montague Gardens, Western CapeMon- Friday 8:00 - 17:00Salary based on experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Remotely: NoJob Type: Full-timeSalary: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month plus benefitsEducation:DegreeExperience:Adobe Creative Suite: 6 years (Required)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelors (Required)Experience:Adobe Creative Suite: 6 years (Required)Ability to Relocate:Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (Required)
