Job Summary Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to play a role in the creative conceptualising of designs and illustrations and bring them to life. Graphic Design Degree or similar qualification 9+ Years in a Senior Designer role in the Beauty Industry In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques Able to manage various projects simultaneously and efficiently Experience working with packaging design Portfolio of completed design projects to be attached Hands-on experience (proficient) with design and editing software, including Photoshop, In-design and Illustrator Printer liaison experience Attention to detail, both functional and aesthetic Functional under pressure and maintains a positive attitude Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts Hold oneself accountable Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team Is highly organised, with excellent interpersonal skills Creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualise original ideas Bringing briefs and concepts to life based on the vision, from conception to delivery Designing original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, packaging, branding, and presentations Up skilling, guiding, coaching Junior and Mid-level designers Working, collaborating and communicating with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities Technical sign-off on catalogue, including layout, colour, size, and format specifications before being sent to press PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN A WORD FORMAT INCLUDING A PHOTO.
