We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented
Senior Graphic Designer
with proven experience in the
iGaming / online gaming industry
. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels, while maintaining strong brand consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of performance-driven design, fast-paced campaign execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, CRM, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design
Conceptualise, design, and deliver high-impact creative assets for iGaming brands across digital platforms.
Develop marketing visuals for:
+ Paid media (display, social, programmatic)
+ Website and landing pages
+ Email and CRM campaigns
+ In-app promotions
+ Affiliate marketing materials
+ App Store / Play Store assets Design promotional materials including bonuses, tournaments, free spins, jackpots, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Adapt and localise creative for multiple markets and regions.
Campaign & Performance Design
Create conversion-focused designs aligned with campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, retention).
Optimise creative assets based on performance feedback and A/B testing insights.
Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product teams, and developers.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior designers.
Contribute to creative strategy, mood boards, and brand evolution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within
iGaming, betting, casino, or online gaming
.
Proven experience producing digital marketing and performance-driven creative.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with motion design tools such as
After Effects
(advantageous).
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web design.
Experience designing for multiple digital formats and platforms.
Knowledge of design optimisation for different screen sizes and devices.
Proficient on HTML
Creative & Soft Skills
Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visuals.
Proactive, organised, and deadline-driven.
Nice-to-Have / Advantageous
Experience with animation, GIFs, or video editing.
Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
Experience working with affiliates and international markets.
Understanding of player journeys and lifecycle marketing in iGaming.
