Apply and be part of a team that's committed to setting new standards in design and branding.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Key KPAxe2x80x99s for this role include (but are not limited to):Marketing and Advertising DesignIdeationConceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts.Ideation and conceptualisation of new, innovative ideas and concepts.DesignConceptual design and execution, digital & print design including social media graphics, brand collateral and Out of Home advertising, packaging design, and any other ad hoc designs as briefed.Maintaining high brand standards and creating new and fresh solutions.Designing and producing marketing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines:POSM (brand specific) for Channel / Account execution (Wholesale & Retail)Product visual support xe2x80x93 broadsheets, online retail etc.Brand lead programmes design supportKey visual resizingDigital asset resizing for specific channel execution (environment and device optimisation)POSM asset resizingPDU / Windows / Displays / StandsPresentation of ideas, concepts, and design solutionsIncorporating feedback received during presentations, to formulate final designs.Presenting final concepts and solutionsDesired Experience & QualificationStrong conceptual ability, with a portfolio that demonstrates this.Skilful at brainstorming relevant, innovative ideasHands-onMust understand repro and DTP.Excellent attention to detailAble to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressureExcellent Communication Skillshttps://www.performer.co.za/candidates/?job_id=2006005038
