Duties: 
 Assist in all areas where needed
 Checking that all duties have been completed by floor staff.
 Conduct staff performance evaluations
 Daily Cash-up
 Deal with customers, compliments and complaints, follow up etc.
 Implement and follow the rules of the company
 Maintain and sustain top service levels
 Maintain dress code standards
 Manage a large staff complement
 Opening and closing duties
 Present a positive image of the company 
Requirements: 
 Grade 12
 Post-matric qualification is advantageous
 At least 3 years of senior experience in a high-end restaurant environment
 Good knowledge of duties and procedures in a restaurant environment.
 Computer knowledge
 Knowledge of restaurant software
 Experience in large restaurants is beneficial
 Must have fine-dining / high end restaurant experience
