Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities
 Lead and manage floor staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
 Oversee customer service and handle escalated complaints or issues.
 Monitor stock levels and liaise with stock controllers.
 Ensure adherence to hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards.
 Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
 Train and mentor junior staff and supervisors.
 Report on floor performance, sales, and operational issues to senior management.
 Desired Experience & Qualification
 Minimum 3-5 years of Retail or Restaurant supervisory experience.
 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
 Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
 Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.
