Senior Financial Manager/ CFO for a dynamic Food Manufacturing business based in Randburg. Superb role for a strategic and commercially oriented CA or CIMA with at least 10 years of experience in financial leadership, governance, policy management, cross-department collaboration, supplier negotiation, audit management, and process improvement with extensive manufacturing environment experience, ideally in the food industry. Proficiency in Pastel Evolution (including Stock Module) is essential. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role for someone who can maximise profitability, drive operational improvements, expand into new markets, and build a high-performing, independent finance team -- all while working collaboratively across the business to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
