Senior Finance Manager

Are you a finance leader with a passion for driving operational efficiency and financial performance in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading business in the food production and service sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their dynamic team based in the East of Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance function with full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee cost accounting and provide detailed cost analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage inventory control processes and ensure accurate valuation and reporting.
- Support procurement and operations teams with financial insights to optimize cost and margin performance.
- Lead and mentor a finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.
- Partner with senior management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential).
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a financial management role, ideally in a product or operations-driven business.
- Demonstrated experience with cost accounting and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working onsite in a dynamic environment.
